These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Jazeera Health and any purchase you make with us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.

By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on our website.

3. Products & Pricing

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund where payment has already been taken.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Prescription & Restricted Medication

Some products we sell require a valid prescription from a licensed physician, in line with UAE Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations. We reserve the right to request a valid prescription before dispatching such orders, and to refuse or cancel any order where a valid prescription is not provided.

Product information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist before starting any new medication or supplement.

5. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart, which we accept once your order is confirmed. We accept payment by credit/debit card, processed securely by Stripe, or Cash on Delivery, where available.

For card payments, your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law, including in relation to the safety and quality of pharmacy products supplied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
